各潤滑點分布

為了延長機器的使用壽命，保證機器能順利工作，正確地維護、保養(yǎng)機器是至關重要的。

操作者應定期檢查機器的各部件是否正常，各油孔是否有堵塞現(xiàn)象，并應及時排除故障。

應于各銅套、活動面經(jīng)常加注潤滑油，使機器保持良好的潤滑狀態(tài)。

切刀要保持鋒利，用鈍刀裁切即要縮短機器的使用壽命又不能裁出理想的成品。

工作臺上不要放扳手、螺絲刀等硬物，要經(jīng)常擦拭機器使機器保持清潔、干凈。

試車Test run在機器安裝好后，在接通電源試車，試車前應將各注油孔、滑動面、，注入潤滑油，開機前用手扳動偏心輪(圖(2)中3)，使切刀做一、兩次循環(huán)運動，檢查機器是否正常，電機轉動方向應與偏心輪上箭頭所指方向相同，否則裁切時會導致機器非正常損壞。可打開機器左側小門，觀察飛輪轉向（圖（2）中11）是否與偏心輪上箭頭所指方向一致。
